Falcon 2000 Pilot Job

Today we helped an employer find a falcon 2000 pilot for a trip to Canada. It only took us about 1 hr to help them find the pilot who accepted their flight and everyone was happy. We also upgraded several areas of Flycontract.com today. We made it so that members can pay their membership dues via paypal and we upgraded the resume uploader.

Its nice to know people get it!

This week has been pretty nice. Several people from flycontract.com (pilot and flight attendants) have called in to speak with us. They all seemed to enjoy the new updates we have installed and they also commented to us about the pilot jobs and corporate flight attendant jobs they have received. Hearing feedback like that is what its all about. Not everyone has a perfect story but atleast people get jobs. Its funny though, one flight attendant got two different trips from our site yet she feels its not worth paying $98 a year? Its funny because she made over $5000 on those two trips yet she feels the site is not worth the $98. So lets just call her crazy!

The new Flycontract.com is live!

Its been over three years since we first launched Flycontract.com and we have now built a brand new version of the site. This new site will make the system easier to upgrade and more flexible for the users. It also adds some new features such as PRO membership levels and better image uploaders. The site is not a huge money maker for us but it sure helps many employers, pilots, and flight attendants with jobs. We enjoy seeing people get a job or a contract flight. Of course with any site or service not everyone can get a job and every now and then someone gets mad because they did not land their dream job from the site. We make it very clear on the site that we can not 100% promise people jobs and that the employers choose who they want, however some of the pilots still think we have something to do with who gets hired. Those crazy pilots!

Aircraft scheduling updates

The past several weeks we have been working very hard on many new updates. Airplanemanager.com has become the best aircraft scheduling system in the industry with all of these new updates! We decided that we would continue with every updates we have dreamed up for the system because the members enjoy the system so much. Its become a system that now has the attention of the industry and we currently have three different companies trying to purchase our company. Of course selling a company like this is not something that is easy to do so I do not expect that to happen. Its a good sign though and it tells us we are on the right track. Flight scheduling software is a good business for us because we seem to know what the customers want. We hope to offer new updates such as TSA no fly list and the eapis submit soon also. Aircraft flight log updates

Today we updated the aircraft flight logs. This update allows the flight logs to use the (out off on in) times to calculate the flight times. This keeps your pilots from having to add up their times. We also updated the pilot time and duty system to use these new times. We also updated the aircraft scheduling itineraries so that companies can hide empty leg flights from the passenger itineraries.

Web based aircraft scheduling

Today we start our blog to help our current users keep up with new updates and to also let new customers know what we are updating on the sytem. Our system is called www.AirplaneManager.com and its a aircraft scheduling system. Its 100% web based, tracks flights, pilots, quotings, invoicing, and other corporate aircraft information. The system is a very modern application that is much easier to use than past computer based systems and it also allows for a real time flow of data. Allowing the data to flow quicker helps air charter companies make more money.

This blog will keep track of our updates and progress as we improve the system. We now have around 300 aircraft in the system and our users have been great about providing feedback. As we update the site check here to view the list of changes and important news.
